What is Soft play rental?
Soft Play is safe equipment suited for ages 6 months-5 years. The equipment is made from soft material for children to learn and explore through play. Because I also have children, we make sure we provide the cleanest environment. We use safe disinfectants to wipe down equipment after each event.
What are your rules?
It is the responsibility of the person/s or organization hiring Brinquitos Soft Play LLC to ensure that all possible precautions are taken to avoid injury to people or damage to the soft play equipment. Please ensure the following safety instructions are followed:
NO food, drink or chewing gum on or around the soft play area. This will avoid any accidental risks and keep the equipment clean. (Please note if the equipment is collected in a dirty condition then the person hiring it will incur a cleaning charge.) All shoes, jewelry, loose objects in pockets, and badges MUST be removed before entering the soft play area to avoid injury to peoples using the equipment and harm to the equipment NO face paints, party poppers, colored streamers, or silly string to be used either on or near the soft play area. (Please note these products will cause damage to the equipment that cannot be repaired.)
Brinquitos Soft play LLC is not responsible for striking or damaging any underground utility lines/devices (included but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, sprinkler, etc.). It is lessee’s responsibility to tell Brinquitos Soft play LLC where equipment is to be set up and have any underground utility lines marked prior too.
Climbing, hanging or sitting on safety gates is dangerous and must not be allowed.
A responsible Adult must supervise the soft play equipment, at all times.
Ensure children are not pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others.
NO pets, outside toys, or any type sharp instruments in the soft play area at any time
Please ensure that children are not attempting somersaults in the equipment area.
How can I Book?
Please confirm date, time, location and package you have chosen. Sign service agreement and secure your booking with 50 percent deposit. If we do not receive a deposit and service agreement in 24 hours we move on to the next inquiry. The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to your event
How do I inquire?
Fill out inquiry form on the website or contact us via DM, text or phone call. Tell us what date your event is, location and what package you are interested in. We will check availability and Respond 24-48 hours after inquiry.
What area does Brinquitos service?
We service 20 miles out of Murietta,CA Cities include Murietta, Temecula, Wildomar, Perris, Menifee,Lake Elsinore, Fallbrook,Winchester and Hemet. All other cities please inquire as this will include a travel fee.
What age is the equipment suited for? How many children?
Brinquitos Soft Play is only suited for babies 6 months to 5 years of age.Perfect for 6-15 little ones.
How much is the deposit to book and lock in my reservation?
We charge 50 percent of the total package which will secure your date and will be deducted from your total. The final balance due is 24 hours prior to the event.
What if it rains or it's too hot?
You will need a tarp/ez up or to set up indoors. If the equipment gets wet or it is too hot it damages it. It’s also a safety concern for children as they can slide, fall and get hurt if wet. Or if it's too hot the equipment becomes hot. We can also reschedule your event if were unable to figure out a solution.
What are Brinquitos Soft Play business hours?
We are open M-F from 9-6pm. Usually during this time we answer inquiries and finalize bookings. On Saturdays and Sundays Brinquitos is out delivering services.
What are Brinquitos rental times?
Guess what? We rent out equipment All DAY regardless if you want it all day or for 4 hours. Earliest drop off is 9 am and the latest pick up is 7 pm. What a deal!
Do you clean and sanitize?
Yes, since rental is given to one client a day we make sure it is clean and sanitized after each use for the safety of your little ones.
Is your deposit non refundable due to CoVID or because we need to reschedule our event?Can we cancel.
We really hope this doesn't happen, don't cancel the fun, but we do understand that this may happen. It is non refundable however we give you the opportunity to rebook one year from when your event was canceled.
Is there a Brinquitos delivery fee?
Nope, not if you're booking within the 20 mile radius. We will deliver your set up 1-2 hours prior to your event. If you are out of the 20 mile radius we charge a travel fee depending on your location.
What if I want extra Brinquitos time after 7pm ?
We charge $60 dollars extra, please email or call us 1 hour prior.
